Nutty Banana-Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    120g packet pancake mix 
    240 ml milk 
    85g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter 
    1/2 large banana, chopped 
    55g plain chocolate chips 
    30g chopped walnuts 
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
    1 large egg
    Syrup, if desired

  • Instruction

    1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the syrup; mix until blended.
    2. Coat a 30-cm non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Heat over a medium-low heat. Scoop 30 ml of batter into the pan; cook, turning once, until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with favourite syrup, if desired.
