Nutty Banana Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    120g packet pancake mix
    60g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
    240 ml milk
    1/2 large banana, chopped
    60g chopped pecans
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 large egg
    Sliced banana
    Maple syrup
  • Instruction

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
    2. Coat a 30-cm non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Heat over a medium heat. Scoop about 75 ml batter into the pan; cook, turning once, until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
    3. Serve the pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.

    This recipe serves 4.
