Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Biscuit Sandwiches

    130g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
    48 round biscuits
    225g white chocolate chips
    10g vegetable suet or margarine
    Hundreds and thousands
    225g chocolate chips

  • Instruction

    1. Spread one spoonful of peanut butter on each of 24 of the biscuits. Cover the peanut butter with the remaining 24 biscuits.
    2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Put half of the white chocolate chips and half of the suet or margarine in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute or until the mixture can be stirred smooth.
    3. Dip 12 biscuit sandwiches, one at a time, into the white chocolate mixture; place on the baking tray. Sprinkle the tops with hundreds and thousands.
    4. Put the remaining white chocolate chips and suet or margarine in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute or until the mixture can be stirred smooth.
    5. Dip the remaining biscuit sandwiches, one at a time, into the chocolate mixture; place on the baking tray. Sprinkle the tops with hundreds and thousands.
    6. Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes or until the coating is set.
