Ingredients
- 520g chocolate brownie mix
- 200g Marshmallow Fluff or melted marshmallows
- 280g chocolate buttercream icing
- 255g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
Directions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the pack for a 32.5-cm x 23-cm tray bake tin; bake and then cool. Using a spoon, evenly drop Marshmallow Fluff or melted marshmallows onto the cooled brownies.
- In a small, microwaveable bowl, heat the icing on FULL (100%) for 30 seconds or until smooth. Repeat with SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter. With a spoon, drop the icing, then the peanut butter, over the marshmallows.
- Gently swirl with a knife to marble; cool completely in the tin. To serve, cut into 24 bars.
