Fluffy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes

    430g chocolate cake mix
    320g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter 
    455g vanilla buttercream icing 
  • Instruction

    1. Prepare the cake mix, bake and cool the cake according to the pack directions for cupcakes.
    2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, blend together 190g peanut butter and the icing until smooth; spread evenly over the cupcakes.
    3. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave the remaining 130g peanut butter on FULL (100%) for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over the cupcakes.
