Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

  • Ingredients

    105g crispy rice cereal 
    100g sugar 
    120 ml golden syrup 
    130g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter 
  • Instruction

    1. Line a 20-cm or 22.5-cm square tray bake tin with cling film.
    Pour the cereal into a large bowl. 
    2. In a medium saucepan, bring the sugar and golden syrup to the boil over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
    3. Stir the peanut butter into the syrup mixture until smooth. Pour over the cereal; stir to coat. Press evenly into the tin.
    4. Let the treats cool for 15 minutes on a chopping board, then remove from the tin. Remove the cling film. Cut into squares to serve.
