East Asian Peanut Broccoli Slaw

  • Ingredients

    2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Super Crunch Peanut Butter
    2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon grated peeled root ginger
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    340g shredded broccoli
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • Instruction

    In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, mayonnaise, vinegar, root ginger and sugar. Add the shredded broccoli, tomato and coriander; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
