Peanut Butter BBQ Chicken Melt

    4 slices wholemeal bread, toasted
    60g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter Spread
    3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    250g shredded cooked chicken
    40g grated cheddar cheese
  • Instruction

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
    Arrange the toast on a baking tray.
    In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, barbecue sauce and orange juice; mix well. Reserve half of the mixture in a small bowl, for dipping.
    Stir the chicken into the remaining mixture. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the toast; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warm. Serve with the remaining dipping sauce.
