Cinnamon-Banana Peanut Butter Paninis

  • Ingredients

    4 slices hearty wholegrain bread
    65g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter 
    1 large ripe banana, sliced
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
    15g flaked coconut, toasted 
    30g butter
  • Instruction

    1. Spread one side of each slice of bread evenly with peanut butter. Top 2 slices with banana; sprinkle with cinnamon. Top evenly with coconut. Cover with the remaining slices. Spread the outside of the sandwiches with butter.
    2. In a 30-cm non-stick frying pan, cook the sandwiches over a medium heat, turning once, for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
