Fruit and Nut Sandwich

    135g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
    4 English muffins, split and toasted
    75g raisins
    2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
    2 rounded teaspoons light brown sugar
  • Instruction

    1. Heat the grill.
    2. Spread peanut butter on each English muffin half. Top with raisins and apple slices; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Grill for 1 minute or until bubbly.
