Ingredients
- 225g light cream cheese, softened
- 90g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 60 ml skimmed milk
- Garnish: chopped roasted peanuts
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and peanut butter. Stir in the milk to reach the desired consistency, adding more milk if needed. Garnish with chopped roasted peanuts.
- Serve the dip with fruit or carrot, celery and cucumber sticks, if desired. Or spread on bread for sandwiches.
