Peanut Butter Balls

  • Ingredients

    340g plain chocolate 
    30 ml whipping cream 
    1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
    230g peanuts
  • Instruction

    1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave on full at 30-second intervals; stir until smooth. While the chocolate is cooling, chop the nuts and whip the cream.
    2. Carefully fold the cream into the cooled chocolate. Mix in 40g chopped peanuts and set aside for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.
    3. While the chocolate mixture is still soft, scoop up spoonfuls of the mixture, roll into balls and coat with the remaining peanuts.
    4. Chill until set. 

    This recipe serves 6.
