Ingredients
- 65g SKIPPY® Super Crunch Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 large green apple
- 20g dried cranberries or raisins
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter spread and honey; mix well.
- Cut 1.25 cm from the top and bottom of the apple; discard. With an apple corer, remove the core from the apple. Cut the remaining apple into 4 horizontal slices. Spread 2 slices with the peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with cranberries; top each with the remaining apple slices.
