Peanut Butter Balls
- 340g plain chocolate
- 30 ml whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 230g peanuts
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave on full at 30-second intervals; stir until smooth. While the chocolate is cooling, chop the nuts and whip the cream.
- Carefully fold the cream into the cooled chocolate. Mix in 40g chopped peanuts and set aside for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.
- While the chocolate mixture is still soft, scoop up spoonfuls of the mixture, roll into balls and coat with the remaining peanuts.
- Chill until set.
