Peanut Butter Cookie Porridge
- 85g rolled oats
- 420 ml water or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Super Crunch Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 10g raisins
- 2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter, melted
1 banana, sliced
- Combine the oats, water (or milk), salt, peanut butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a microwaveable dish and cook according to the directions on the pack.
- Top with raisins and banana slices.
- Drizzle with melted peanut butter.
